The coming Thursday is the opening day for the 25th anniversary Rzeszowski Rally. For the first time the race will feature three leagues: Castrol Inter Cars Polish Rally Championships, Central European Championships and European Rally Championships. Five Rallytechnology crews are taking part in the rally, each of them with ambitions for a good result!

This year’s edition comprises thirteen special stages amounting to a total of 214 kilometers. It is nearly 80 km more than a traditional round of Poland Championships! There will also be two marathon-like special stages: Lubenia and Korczyna, more than 24 kilometers each.

Rallytechnology team of Rybnik prepares in total five cars for its Polish crews. Łukasz Habaj with Jacek Spentany and Zbigniew Gabryś with Artur Natkaniec will race in Fords Fiesta R5 Evo. Dariusz Poloński with Grzegorz Dobosz, Tomasz Gryc with Michał Kuśnierz and Michał Uliarczyk with Ryszard Ciupka are going to use Peugeots 208 R2.

“For the first time Rzeszowski Rally has joined European Rally Championships. It’s the second most important rally event in our country, after Rally Poland!” comments the team’s manager, Robert Gabryszewski. “These races were often very successful for us. We hope to repeat that also this year. Łukasz Habaj has just had a very good ‘warm-up’ in Estonia. Zbyszek Gabryś comes back to Fiesta and has just completed three intensive training days. Darek Polański, Tomek Gryc and Michał Uliarczyk are certainly in for a tight fight. Brace for a good action! We count on your support, keep your fingers crossed!”
